1. 30-Day Complimentary Return Privilege

We wish every ZELQUE acquisition to bring lasting harmony to your sanctuary. If any standard catalog specimen does not meet your expectations, we provide complimentary returns within 30 days of arrival.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a full restitution:

• The item must be in its original, pristine, unblemished condition.
• The item must remain nestled within its original archival wooden box or cloth wrapping.
• The numbered Certificate of Authenticity and studio inspection wax seals must accompany the package.
• Customized, bespoke, or specially engraved editions are final sale.

3. Initiating a Return

To arrange an insured return courier pickup:

1. Access your Collector Order Portal or contact our concierge directly.
2. Provide your order number and specify the piece to be returned.
3. Our team will generate a prepaid, insured courier waybill and coordinate convenient door-to-door courier collection.

4. Inspection & Refund Execution

Once received at our studio, our master conservator inspects the specimen within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method via Shopify Checkout within 3-5 business days.
