Orders & Purchasing

Browse our collection, select your item, choose any available options, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in processing. Please email hello@zelque.com as soon as possible.

Order modifications such as address changes or item updates may be possible within 12 hours. Contact us immediately at hello@zelque.com and we will do our best to assist.

International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your country, local customs processing, and carrier schedules. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Enter this number on the carrier's tracking page to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high shipping volumes. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at hello@zelque.com.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please email hello@zelque.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing. Items returned in unused and original condition within the return window are also eligible.

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@zelque.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Yes. All ZELQUE products are sourced from trusted Indian artisans, craftspeople, and handicraft suppliers. Each piece reflects authentic Indian craftsmanship and traditional techniques.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and expected. These differences are a hallmark of authentic artisan work and not a defect.

Product photos represent the item as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen calibration, slight color or texture variations may occur.

No. Natural variations in handcrafted items such as slight color differences, texture irregularities, or minor size differences are not considered defects. They are part of what makes each piece unique.
