All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time includes quality inspection, careful packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

ZELQUE is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. ZELQUE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@zelque.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
All ZELQUE products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us at hello@zelque.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
