These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return or exchange. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images.

All products are subject to availability. ZELQUE reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are subject to change without notice. ZELQUE is a GST-registered business in India. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For international orders, additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ZELQUE ships worldwide. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. ZELQUE is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT, GPSR compliance costs, and any other government-imposed charges applicable in their country. ZELQUE declares accurate product values on all customs documentation in compliance with Indian export regulations. Refused or unclaimed shipments may result in forfeiture of the order value.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting hello@zelque.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. ZELQUE reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information at the time of purchase. ZELQUE is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete information.
